Solicitor - one executor

Conditions:

• Completed Law degree (Master of Laws/Graduate Lawyer);
• Knowledge of English and/or German;
• Independent work in the MS Office software package;
• Category B driving licence;
• Relevant professional experience of at least two years (desirable).

Job description:

• Carrying out general and personnel affairs;
• Drafting of individual legal instruments (contracts, decisions, resolutions);
• Dealing with matters concerning labour law;
• Drafting procedures, regulations, and other acts;
• Carrying out registration of companies, branches and changes in company status;
• Drafting and interpretation of contracts;
• Representation of the company before courts and other bodies;
• Resolving property law matters;
• Monitoring of legal and other regulations;
• Other human resources and legal department activities.
