Head of Marketing Department

Conditions:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in marketing for 3 or more years;
• Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns;
• Very good knowledge of English (German language - desirable);
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of marketing (4P - with an emphasis on the product)
• Strong strategic and critical thinking and a proactive approach to work.

Job description:

1. Creating marketing campaigns for various company activities;
2. Leading and managing the work of a department/team of employees;
3. Development of strategic marketing plans;
4. Cooperation with the employer's development and sales departments;
5. Creation and management of various digital contents (promo spots, advertisements and other contents.);
6. Organizing promotional and marketing events (events, celebrations, fairs, promotions, etc.);
7. Management and management of the company's communication with the media and the public.
