The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort Hotel is located in Montenegro and was built in 2023 for the client Viral according to the design of the Arhitektonski atelier studio. The facility is designed as a luxury hotel complex with an emphasis on panoramic views and a Mediterranean ambiance. FEAL aluminum systems were installed: Termo 120, Termo 65, FK50, Mill 45, OF100, AD60 and T85VP, achieving a high level of functionality, thermal insulation and aesthetic precision. The layered facade and diverse systems enabled adaptation to demanding architectural solutions in a coastal context.
