FEAL continues its long-standing commitment to education and the development of young professionals, and has once again announced its scholarship program for students of technical disciplines.

This is the sixth year that the company has been providing financial support to students of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering.

In view of the high cost of studying and the needs of students, the monthly scholarship has been increased to 600 KM. Ten selected students will receive the aforementioned amount until the end of their studies.

This initiative has been designed as a long-term investment in knowledge and the development of expert staff, and its value is confirmed by the employment of former scholars within the company

Our six-year scholarship programme has enabled us to support numerous students, many of whom are now our colleagues, thereby confirming our commitment to investing in young people and their professional development.

Student scholarships are part of FEAL's corporate social responsibility strategy, aiming to strengthen the link between education and the labour market, while also retaining young, educated people in the local community.
