As in previous years, we started 2023 with big plans and investments. Namely, in the middle of this month, a new 35 MN pressing line was installed. The pressing line was installed by the eminent Spanish company Gia, which delivered complete equipment for the new part of the plant.

In just over a year of construction, on a plot of land measuring 17,000 m², in the immediate vicinity of the existing production facilities, the hall needed for the new equipment was built.

It also includes a modern profile warehouse for the production needs of a new press that will soon start operating at full capacity. Its capacity is 3,500 and it is intended primarily for an industrial range of products.

In its more than 40 years of business, FEAL has grown into a globally present manufacturer, which, along with the opening of a new facility, state-of-the-art equipment and the experience of our employees, enables us to further grow in the market.

The 35 MN press is the sixth profile pressing line within the company and its commissioning will increase production capacity by an additional 15,000 tons.

In addition to the successful installation of the pressing line, work on the new plant in Cerno near Ljubuški is expected to be completed soon. This facility will be dedicated to the machining of profiles and the production of prefabricated aluminum substructures for solar power plants, as well as parts for the same.

As for investments in the neighboring Republic of Croatia, we would like to highlight the construction of a completely new production facility in Karlovac, which we are extremely proud of. Already next summer, there will be a facility at that location for pressing, plasticizing and mechanical processing of construction profiles for the needs of the Croatian market and beyond. With this seventh press in total, the two-year cycle of investments in expanding production capacities will be completed.
