Hotel Katamare, located on the Montenegrin coast, was realized in 2021 for the client RS Ellite as a luxury tourist facility with recognizable contemporary architecture. The project is characterized by dynamic forms and open glass surfaces that enable maximum connection with the outside space. FEAL aluminum systems Termo 120, Termo 65, FK50, OF100 were used in the design, as well as a ventilated facade, which ensured optimal energy efficiency and material durability. The building combines aesthetic and functional requirements through high-quality facade and structural elements.
