TQ Plaza in Montenegro was built as a large multifunctional market, business and residential complex with an area of about 50,000 m², distributed over the ground floor and six floors. The architectural solution is signed by Angel Taborda, while the investor and contractor is the company Trade Unique.

By applying the Feal 60 K, Termo 65, GH 40, OF 60 and Termo 120 systems, a high level of functionality, energy efficiency and visual clarity of the facade envelope has been achieved.
